Frequently Asked Questions
Is Recovery Co-Pilot really free?
Yes. Core recovery tools are always free — clean time tracking, daily journal, sponsorship tools, meetings, and more. A premium upgrade is available from $1.99/month for advanced features, but you will never hit a paywall on the tools that matter most.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your recovery data is private by default, and you choose what friends see in the app’s privacy settings. Your 10th Step answers and notes are stored encrypted on your device and never uploaded to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app. Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This deletes your account and your data from our servers, except for limited records we’re required to keep by law.
What fellowships does the app support?
Recovery Co-Pilot supports multiple 12-step fellowships including AA, NA, CA, OA, GA, Al-Anon, Nar-Anon, Crystal Meth Anonymous, Celebrate Recovery, and more. Premium users can customize fellowship-specific language.

How do I reset my clean date?
Open the app, go to your Dashboard, tap on your clean time display, and tap “Edit” to update your clean date.
How do I connect with friends?
Go to Friends from the Dashboard, tap the Friends tab, and search for other users by username. You can also share your QR code for others to scan and add you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel in your device’s account settings (on iPhone, your Apple ID’s Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play’s Subscriptions) at least 24 hours before your current period ends. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and doesn’t renew.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open the app, go to the Premium page, and tap “Restore Purchases.” Your subscription will be restored if it is still active.
